Water purification plant:

The original idea was to utilize the patented Vortex Technology to combine purification of polluted and desalinated water as well as utilize resulting steam to generate electricity in a proven cost effective manner. About 100,000,000 gallons per day will be available for the use of the immediate community of the Refinery, with the balance to be provided commercially to supplement water usage in the entire state and possibly neighboring states. This will go a long way to alleviate social problems associated with pollution of the oil producing area with deficiency of good drinking water. The cost associated with the Vortex Technology is about $4.00 per gallon of purified water, so that 100,000,000 gallons per day purification will require a capital cost of about$400,000,000.00. Similar to the Sea Port facility described above, the full business plan is in the works, but what could be more viable than to provide a package of services to electricity, and water on a regular basis that will ginger the industrial development of the area, providing jobs and enhancing the standard of living while promoting the economic development of the are.
