Purpose

Develop energy (Petroleum and Natural Gas) projects that will bring increased economic activities between United States and Nigeria and at the same time bring excellent returns to the investors.  This strategy will help in empowering the minorities (Blacks, Hispanics etc) that are currently non major participants in petroleum production and sales.  This project will help these groups participate as key players in the production, distribution, management, marketing and sales of  African petroleum and natural gas products.

  • Building of petroleum Refineries and refining of petroleum products in Nigeria for global distribution through sales and marketing agents.
  • Sales and distribution of Nigerian refined petroleum products in Nigeria, United States, Europe, Africa and other countries.

  • Development of Gas Stations, Natural  gas and Heating oil franchise operations in United States and other countries across the globe.
