Amexum Power Corporation will supply electrical power to the country of Nigeria through the use of a series of 20 Mega Watts portable natural gas generators made by Caterpillar or similar Manufacturer. The company will become the country’s leading energy distribution and generation company starting at the Site obtained for the Refinery, expanding in the South and eventually throughout the country with an energy generation of 5000 mega watts facilities.
Industry and Marketplace Analysis:
Nigeria currently has eleven electric power generation companies with a combined output of 3000 megawatts of electricity per hour each day, an amount that hardly scratches the surface of the demand by local and national industries and its 140 million citizens. Seventy five percent of the population live in rural areas and are not connected to the electric grid. Only 36% of the nation is connected to the grid. Many supply their own electricity with gas operated on-site generators set a few feet from the house. This is expensive and time consuming. While others spend three to four hours daily gathering wood and other fuel to light and heat their homes. Nationwide development is a multibillion dollar industry, with the Government poised to purchase every kilo watt at a price of $1.00 US per kilowatt hour. The lost of 4000 mega watts over the past four years has exacerbated the problem. However, the current Government has the will and the resources to allay the challenges it faces as it has already, according to the director of the 5th largest distribution companies, issued it’s requisite number of electric generations licenses. Amexum Power expects to partner with one of these licensed operators under terms and conditions that will allow us to produce and pass the savings to our customers while we continue to seek our own licenses to operate in rural areas of the country. Our initial market entry strategy involves selling directly to the government of Nigeria and in fact they will enter into a power purchase agreement; thereby buying every mega watt produced by Amexum Power Corporation.

Amexum Power Corporation will introduce affordable electricity to Nigeria by owning and operating electric power generation and distribution companies in efficient and cost effective means and by purchasing natural gas from the Government at reduced rates for a more cost effective operation. This will enable families, schools, hospitals, and businesses to connect to the national and or local grids and light their homes and businesses at reasonable prices. In areas where the grid does not reach, the company will work with the Government to extend it there and offer a no deposit, first time connection.
