Corporate Objective:
The corporate objective is to lead the African oil, natural gas, oil products and bio-fuels market, working as an integrated energy company, with selective expansion in petrochemical, renewable energy and international activities.

Corporate Goals:

• Consolidate and increase competitive advantages in the Nigerian, African and American oil and oil products market.
• Selectively expand international activities in an integrated manner with the Company’s business
• Develop and lead the domestic natural gas market and perform in an integrated manner in the gas and power market in Africa.
• Selectively expand interest in the petrochemicals market.
• Expand participation in petroleum market, lead the domestic hydrocarbon refinery and increase participation in the hydrocarbon products business.
• The refinery project is envisaged to commence with its operational plan immediately upon the granting of licence to operate the refinery. An environmental assessment will be completed, and upon completion, the site preparation and building activities will commence. The refinery will be an incorporated business owned by Amexum Corporation. The refinery will be located in the preferred site from the site location analysis presented in the body of this document. The operating hours will be for 24 hours, 7 days per week. The preferred site is 650 acres. The manager of the refinery will work full time in Nigeria. He will have extensive experience in the refinery business, possibly having worked as a manager/mechanic for numbers of years in a similar refinery. His management experience will be a valuable asset to the business.
